Aleph, a prominent Italian manufacturer specializing in sublimation and direct-to-fabric inkjet printers for the textile and visual communication sectors, introduced its latest innovations at ITMA 2023. The event showcased Aleph’s commitment to transforming textile printing with advanced technology, including new models designed for quality, speed, and sustainability.


The LAFORTE 400 Fabric H: An Innovative Hybrid Solution

A key highlight of Aleph’s exhibition was the global debut of the LAFORTE 400 Fabric H, a hybrid printer that integrates in-line pre-treatment directly into the fabric printing process. This pioneering model features specialized printheads to handle fabric pre-treatment just before printing, delivering a seamless, high-speed production process at 480 sqm/h. Built for both flexibility and efficiency, the LAFORTE 400 Fabric H is designed for streamlined, sustainable production, using Aleph’s GOTS-certified pigment inks to enhance eco-friendly operations.


LAFORTE 100 Paper: A High-Performance, Eco-Friendly Dye-Sublimation Printer

Aleph also presented the LAFORTE 100 Paper, a roll-to-roll dye-sublimation printer designed for vibrant and efficient textile printing. Equipped with dual-channel printheads and capable of reaching speeds of 160 sqm/h, this printer leverages ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® Level 3 certified inks in CMYK, spot colors, and fluorescent options. The LAFORTE 100 Paper efficiently handles lightweight coated paper starting from 18gsm and is optimized for the sportswear and apparel markets. This printer’s eco-friendly credentials and vibrant output quality address both sustainability and visual impact, two priorities for modern textile printing.

LAFORTE 600 Paper: High-Speed Printing for Sustainable Fashion

The LAFORTE 600 Paper emerged as one of the fastest sublimation printers available, achieving speeds of up to 1,000 sqm/h. Tailored for the high-demand fashion and home textile sectors, this printer uses ECO PASSPORT-certified inks and a unique vacuum transport system that eliminates glue, enabling smooth printing on lightweight sublimation paper starting from 25 gsm. With 4 mirrored colors and 2 mirrored light colors, the LAFORTE 600 ensures precise color output, enhanced quality, and a more sustainable production method, ideal for polyester fabrics.
