With the new Jet Fusion 5200 Series 3D printing solution, HP is extending its market-leading 3D printing portfolio. This industrial 3D printing system offers customers scaling to full production new levels of manufacturing predictability, efficiency, repeatability, and quality. In order to better support customers who are digitally transforming their manufacturing, HP is also strengthening its strategic partnerships with industry giants BASF, Materialize, and Siemens. Additionally, it is introducing the HP Digital Manufacturing Network, a new global network of reputable companies that offer large-scale 3D printed parts.

With the new HP Jet Fusion 5200 Series 3D printing solution, companies can scale their 3D production and pursue business growth by combining new systems, data intelligence, software, services, and materials advances. Leveraging these developments, the new solution delivers best-in-class economics and productivity for production environments, increases flexibility, improves uptime, streamlines workflows, and simplifies fleet management for factory production settings. It also expands manufacturing predictability with high-quality and optimal yield of parts at industrial levels of efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability. The HP 3D Process Control, HP 3D Center, and HP 3D Parts Assessment software offerings and service, among other new data intelligence, software, and services capabilities, enable customers to reach new levels of operational efficiency and repeatability and identify and optimize the production of new 3D applications.


To broaden the range of final-parts applications for customers using the new Jet Fusion 5200 Series equipment, HP also released a new approved thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), ULTRASINTTM created by BASF. In addition to HP High Reusability[i] PA-12, PA-12 Glass Beads, and PA-11 materials, more are on the way, the new TPU is perfect for flexible and elastic parts.
