HP and DyeMansion Foster Strategic Alliance for Advanced 3D Printing Solutions

HP and DyeMansion have officially partnered to offer comprehensive solutions for large-scale production of final parts in additive manufacturing (AM). This strategic collaboration integrates HP’s advanced 3D printing technology with DyeMansion’s innovative post-processing workflows, aimed at delivering high-quality, scalable, and eco-friendly solutions. Together, they will conduct joint market analysis, provide seamless end-to-end solutions, and support customers with mutual advice, unlocking new applications in the process.

The collaboration simplifies access to complete AM solutions for users globally and has evolved from significant milestones in their partnership:

  • May 2020: The collaboration began with the introduction of the first-ever color range for grey parts produced using HP Multi Jet Fusion technology.

  • November 2022: The color range was expanded to include white parts, enhancing both aesthetic and functional customization in 3D printing.

  • September 2023: HP and DyeMansion jointly presented at AOPA, the leading event for the orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) industry in the US, demonstrating their commitment to the sector.

  • November 2023: They launched the AM I Navigator, developed with input from HP, DyeMansion, and other industry leaders like Siemens, to guide users through the AM process.

Both companies are set to extend their collaboration at major industry events in 2024, including Formnext, Rapid + TCT, and AMUG. These events will showcase the synergies between their technologies and their shared vision for the future of manufacturing.
