At the forthcoming drupa 2024, hosted in Messe Düsseldorf from May 28 to June 7, 2024, in Hall 8a, Stands B41-1 to B41-8, Canon is poised to showcase a comprehensive suite of production print technologies under the captivating theme, 'The Power to Move'. This theme encapsulates Canon's mission to equip print service providers (PSPs) with a robust combination of cutting-edge technology, expert guidance, exceptional support services, and dynamic partnerships, enabling them to revolutionize their business models.

Canon’s expansive exhibit, covering a 4,600 sqm area, will demonstrate the breadth of its production print capabilities, including sheetfed inkjet and toner presses, high-speed continuous inkjet lines, and a variety of wide format and digital label printers. The display is designed to simulate real-world operations, integrating Canon's workflow solutions with equipment from over ten technological partners to showcase end-to-end production solutions.

Central to Canon's exhibition space is 'The Core', an immersive experience designed to showcase the emotional impact of print and its capacity to enrich both lives and businesses. This feature encourages visitors to explore Canon's offerings from a new perspective, emphasizing the transformative power of print.

Surrounding 'The Core', Canon’s technology solutions will be presented by industry segment, including Commercial Print, Publishing, Promotional Communications, Labels and Packaging, Interior Décor, and more, ensuring a comprehensive display of live applications across various customer segments.

In a drupa first, Canon will underline its commitment to becoming a significant partner in the label and packaging sectors, with live demonstrations showcasing a range of applications. Additionally, the 'Printworks' area will focus on 'People, Planet and What’s Possible', highlighting successful sustainable growth strategies among Canon customers and the company’s collaborative efforts to foster innovation and industry impact.

Noteworthy technology debuts include the European premiere of the varioPRINT iX1700 sheetfed inkjet press and the first live preview outside Japan of the new LabelStream LS2000 digital label press, among others. These innovations, part of Canon’s sustained R&D investment, underscore its dedication to enhancing productivity, versatility, and operational efficiency for print businesses.
