AON3D has announced that their AON M2+ High Temperature Industrial 3D Printer will now have official support for SuperSlicer, a feature-rich, free, and user-friendly slicing program. The new feature keeps AON3D's open spirit alive by allowing customers to print with open-market materials and slicers. With pre-configured material profiles for top brands, thorough in-app documentation, and an extensive list of print quality-improving features, the new program streamlines the 3D printing process. AON3D's configurable version of SuperSlicer is now available after rigorous testing in-house.
Improved Print Quality, Reliability, and Workflow
Workflow optimizations and sophisticated tuning options pre-configured for the AON M2+ give significant increases in printing reliability, time to part, and completed component quality. New overhang tuning and support options give you more confidence when printing complex geometries, while surface tuning options like ironing and single perimeter bottom/top surfaces produce picture-worthy parts without the need for post-processing. The slicer will ship with 16 pre-configured material profiles and 5 support materials from major manufacturers such as Kimya, Solvay, Jabil, Tectonic3D, and others. This figure will rise when the AON3D Materials Lab adds additional profiles. AON3D clients may always rely on our in-house team to investigate and optimize profiles for new materials from any brand on the market.

Whether you are a skilled user or simply want a click-and-print experience, the addition of SuperSlicer to the AON M2+ platform significantly improves the user experience and print quality. Simplify3D, AON3D's existing software choice, will continue to be fully maintained and can be used with SuperSlicer. The product completed Beta testing in early July and is now available with customer success support from AON3D.
